Tess has been providing therapeutic and cosmetic neuromodulator injections (Botox/Dysport) since 2022.

Neuromodulators have therapeutic indications for the treatment of chronic debilitating migraine headaches, severe bruxism that causes dental problems and jaw pain, and hyperhidrosis. Tess is passionate about providing these services and applying for third-party insurance coverage where applicable.

Cosmetic Neuromodulator Injections

Expert application of botulinum neurotoxin-A for a more rested and youthful appearance.

This clinic uses Dysport and Botox for most clients. Xeomin or Nuceiva can be used based on patient preference and/or clinical indications.

Therapeutic Neuromodulator Injections

Therapeutic management of migraines, bruxism, TMJ dysfunction, and hyperhidrosis can be achieved through proper application of neuromodulator injections.

Injector fee charged for all therapeutic treatments and per treatment type.

Product fee charged for all neurotoxin not covered by extended benefits.

Latisse Prescriptions

Virtual or in-person consultation.

LATISSE improves the length and fullness of your lashes.

TOPICAL RETINOIDS can be used to reduce blemishes, wrinkles, and pigmentation.

Therapeutic Neuromodulator Treatment Coverage Applications

Virtual or in-person appointment.

Completion of extended benefit application for coverage of therapeutic indications including treatment-resistant migraines and hyperhidrosis.

Note: Bruxism/tooth clenching is not covered through extended benefits.
